Order requests
Submitting a website form is a request for products, not acceptance of an order. An order becomes final only after we confirm availability, final pricing, fulfillment terms, and payment arrangements with you.
Prices and availability
Website prices and totals are estimates and may change because of product availability, package weight, fulfillment costs, taxes, or corrections. We will disclose the final amount before collecting payment.
Customer information
You agree to provide accurate contact and fulfillment information. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmed order before payment.
Perishable products
Meat is perishable. Follow delivery tracking, bring shipments inside promptly, and refrigerate or freeze products according to package instructions and applicable food-safety guidance.
Changes, cancellations, and issues
You may change or withdraw an order request at any time before you accept the final order confirmation and payment terms. Before payment, we will provide any order-specific cancellation deadline or restriction. Once preparation or shipment has begun, cancellation may not be available for perishable or specially prepared products, except where required by law.
Refunds and order problems
If we cannot ship within the time stated in the final order confirmation, we will offer you the choice required by applicable law, including consenting to a revised shipment date or cancelling the unshipped order for a prompt refund. If products arrive incorrect, damaged, or above 40°F, do not consume them and contact us promptly with the order details and photographs. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund where warranted or required by law. Do not return perishable products unless we instruct you to do so.
Website use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, or attempt unauthorized access. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If an order confirmation conflicts with these terms, the more specific order confirmation controls to the extent permitted by law.
